At Niche Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Returns

Our return policy lasts up to 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for any orders outside the United States. All international sales are final.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Process and Fees

• We will provide you with a return shipping label.

• Return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

• If the seal is opened or the product is used, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee may increase depending on the extent of usage.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit.

• Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or returned product to reach us may vary.
